Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks an SBA Business Development Officer to drive SBA 7a/504 lending and deposit growth in the local market. You will cultivate new clients, manage relationships, and deliver tailored presentations to address their financial needs.

Responsibilities include lead generation, networking, and coordinating with internal teams to structure SBA loans while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years experience in SBA 7a & 504 lending or related financial services.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and develop new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SBA/USDA programs and underwriting guidelines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive SBA lending and deposit growth through new and existing clients.
• Develop and manage a diverse business portfolio and relationships.
• Lead lead generation using research, presentations, and outreach.
• Present tailored solutions addressing client needs and guide loan processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close SBA loans and services.
