Job summary

Customers Bank seeks an experienced SBA loan producer to drive qualifying loan opportunities and build a robust book of business in the local markets. You will collaborate with product partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and proactively engage COIs to grow referrals.

Leveraging your SBA 7a expertise, you will manage the end-to-end loan process, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and contribute to the bank’s customer growth in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SBA 7a loan production experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Established network of referral partners (COIs/Brokers).
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SBA loan pipeline and goals.
• Prospect new clients and COIs; lead generation and outreach.
• Cross-sell with Product partners to provide a full banking proposition.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and required productivity reports.
