What You'll Do as a Saw Operator - 1st Shift

• Operate automatic aluminum saws, automatic steel saws, manual saws, tube benders, and presses
• Cut materials according to production schedules and specifications
• Inspect completed cuts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Safely move materials and finished jobs to the next production operation
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Enter production information and material usage data into company systems
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What You Need to Bring to the Saw Operator - 1st Shift Role

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability to safely operate machinery and inspect finished products
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Reliable transportation to the Faribault area
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
