What You'll Do as a Machine Operator – 1st Shift:

• Operate and set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements
• Work with fabrication equipment including brake presses, laser machines, CNC equipment, saws, routers, and related machinery
• Perform quality inspections on first articles and throughout production runs
• Monitor equipment and materials to identify quality concerns or production issues
• Enter production data and metrics into company systems for tracking and reporting
• Troubleshoot and communicate equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator – 1st Shift Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform precise measurements
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection and measuring tools
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, reach, and grasp for extended periods
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred but not required
