Qualifications

• Degree in culinary arts preferred; extensive culinary experience may substitute.
• 1–2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver savory cooking classes that reflect the Sur La Table brand and standards.
• Drive class enrollment and sales of cookware, cutlery, and kitchen tools.
• Represent Sur La Table through in-store experiences and exemplary customer service.
• Maintain kitchen setup, safety, and cleanliness during classes and events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and manage class logistics.
