Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older at employment.
• A degree in culinary arts is preferred; extensive culinary experience may substitute.
• 1–2 years of kitchen operations experience required.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table brand by delivering memorable in-store savory cooking and instructional experiences.
• Drive class enrollment and revenue goals through engaging demonstrations and guidance.
• Set up, run, and breakdown classes; prepare mise en place and maintain clean stations.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper handling of all tools and ingredients.
