Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking an Associate Vice President for the Savannah office to lead complex land development projects and guide the team’s growth. The role focuses on client relationships, project delivery, and staff mentorship within a growing Savannah-based practice.

The AVP will manage residential and public-sector development projects, drive business development, and collaborate with regional leadership to align staffing and market opportunities. Requires P.E.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Georgia; active licensure preferred.
• Extensive experience in civil land development; leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Savannah land development team and drive office growth.
• Mentor and direct project managers, engineers, designers and technical staff.
• Own complex residential land development projects from design through permit, construction, and closeout.
