Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• P.E. license in Georgia.
• 15+ years of civil eng and land development; 20+ preferred.
• Strong seller/doer background with established client relationships.
• Experience with public-sector clients and municipalities preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and balance leadership with hands-on project execution.
• Standard work hours 8-5, with extra as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for Savannah land development team and growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, designers.
• Direct complex residential land development from planning to closeout.
• Maintain key client relationships and advise developers and agencies.
• Lead projects in large-scale residential, infrastructure, utilities, drainage.
• Oversee quality, schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Serve as Engineer of Record where appropriate.
• Mentor staff and support career development and recruiting.
• Drive business development: proposals, RFQs/RFPs, interviews, fee development.
• Develop relationships with public-sector clients.
• Collaborate on staffing and market strategy with leadership.
• Represent the firm in associations and events.
• Ensure adherence to design, production, standards.
