Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Georgia.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive civil engineering and land development experience.
Significant experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Savannah land development team and support the office's growth.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers, designers, and staff.
Own and manage complex residential land development projects from planning to closeout.
Serve as primary client contact with developers, public agencies, municipalities, and partners.
Lead projects involving large-scale residential development, infrastructure, and utilities.
Provide hands-on technical and project leadership ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
