Job summary

Wilson Country Club, a McConnell Golf property, is seeking a Line Cook to join the kitchen team. You will prepare items for the sauté station, ensure proper doneness and seasoning, and maintain line order during service.

Responsibilities include following standard recipes, assembling required tools, and assisting in other kitchen areas as needed. Requires a HS diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables and other items for line.
• Follow recipes and determine taste, doneness, timing.
• Assemble tools and utensils for duties.
• Prepare employee meals.
• Assist with other kitchen areas as directed.
• Maintain safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
