Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sauté Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare hot station dishes with care, precision, and pride, supporting other kitchen areas as needed.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, cooking to recipe standards, maintaining cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and assisting with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager. Prior line cook or sauté experience is a plus. Must hold a Current Food Handler Certification.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items at the hot station with accuracy and timeliness.
• Restock items and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to Spinato’s recipes, specs and presentation standards.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and organizational practices.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization.
• Follow local health department food handling procedures.
• Support teammates and assist with duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager.
