Spinato’s is seeking Salad & Sandwich Cooks in Scottsdale, AZ to prepare items in cold and hot stations, ensuring quality and speed. You’ll set up stations, plate and prep tickets, restock, and maintain a clean kitchen while following Spinato’s recipes and standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long shifts, and strong teamwork. Spinato’s offers a family‑oriented, fast-paced kitchen with room for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain stations according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Restock all necessary items throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen, coolers, and storage areas.
• Follow all Spinato’s recipes, specifications, and policies.
• Support teammates and assist where needed to ensure smooth service
