Spinato’s in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Sauté Cook to prepare dishes at the hot station with precision and pride. You will set up stations, follow Spinato’s recipes, and maintain cleanliness while supporting kitchen teammates in a high-energy environment.

The role requires a current Food Handler Certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and endurance for long shifts. Prior line cook experience is preferred but not required; opportunities for growth and a family-like team culture are emphasized.

Formación

• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency.
• Prior line cook or sauté experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift.
• Adhere to all Spinato’s recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department.
• Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment.
