Spinato’s Pizzeria in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sauté Cook to handle daily preparation and execution of hot station items, while assisting other kitchen areas as needed. You will set up stations, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Line cook or sauté experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all items with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Restock items and keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow Spinato’s recipes, specs, and presentation standards.
• Uphold safety and sanitation practices.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling procedures per local health department.
• Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment.
