Job summary

The Saint Dallas is hiring a line cook to join our steakhouse team in Dallas, TX. You will cook dishes to our standards, follow recipes, maintain safety guidelines, and set up workstations for service.

The ideal candidate has 2 years on a high-volume grill, steakhouse experience, and comfort with Wagyu or large cuts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Cook dishes to business standards;
• Follow recipes and create a consistent product;

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Steakhouse experience is a plus.
• 2 years on high volume grill is required.
• Experience with large cuts and/or wagyu beef is a plus.
• Experience on a grill and broiler is preferred as we have both and use both for every steak.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum one-year upscale restaurant experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
