The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and hands-on manufacturing experience or an engineering degree, with skills in microelectronics and excellent communication.

Compensation includes hourly rates from $34 to $51, comprehensive benefits, and potential long-term incentives.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment or relevant degree.
Familiarity with microelectronics manufacturing processes, especially die/wire bonding.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production.
Train technicians on new or updated processes.
Collaborate with teams on design for manufacturing.
