Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Integration & Test Specialist to support Starlink satellite production. The role requires providing operations support and evaluating hardware issues to drive manufacturing improvements.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with an engineering background. The position is 2nd shift with a pay range of $34.00 to $40.00/hour for Level 1.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing work assignments and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support to sub-assembly production area.
• Evaluate non-conforming hardware and drive resolution.
• Design and implement assembly fixtures to improve manufacturing.
• Provide training to production technicians on updated processes.

Skills

Hands-on fabrication, assembly, or test experience

Ability to read and understand detailed schematics

Excellent communication skills

Excellent concentration and attention to detail

Education

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science

Tools

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
