Job summary

Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Office in Naples, FL is seeking a Satellite Supervisor to lead programs and operations at the Clerk’s Satellites Offices. The role emphasizes independent judgement, staff supervision, and coordination with the Recording Department and other agencies to deliver services to the public.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a passport acceptance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of experience at Satellite Clerk II or above; one year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be certified to handle passports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff by directing work, handling employee concerns, conducting performance appraisals and interviews.
• Coordinate with Board departments, vendors, auditors, and employees to review status and resolve issues.
• Participate in development of work plans and objectives aligned with Clerk’s Office initiatives.
• Assign work activities, monitor workflows, and evaluate outputs.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting the department.
• Stay aware of trends in efficient operations and continuing education credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
