Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller in Naples, FL is seeking a Satellite Supervisor to lead the satellites offices, plan, manage and oversee programs and operations with substantial independence and judgement. The role requires one year of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and passport acceptance certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year in Satellite Clerk II or higher.
• At least one year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be certified to handle passports (Passport Acceptance).

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff, direct work, handle performance appraisals and training.
• Coordinate with Board departments, vendors, auditors, and employees.
• Develop section work plan and ensure alignment with Clerk’s Office initiatives.
• Assign and monitor projects, review outputs and manage workflows.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations affecting the department.
• Seek continuing education and stay aware of efficiency trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
