Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration, public administration, logistics, or related field.
• 1 year of related purchasing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement laws and Clerk policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.
• Create purchasing requisitions and purchase orders.
• Track deliveries and ensure conformity to specifications.
• Contact vendors to address shipment or quality issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet supply needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain purchase records and vendor communications for audit purposes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of orders and approvals.
