Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5–8 years of relevant technical experience.
• Deep understanding of the satellite communication field, including key players, products, technology, industry regulations, and standards.
• Experience operating satellite communication systems in LEO, MEO, and GEO, with proficiency in troubleshooting technical products and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. territory maintenance, product testing, and customer support, including on-site and remote ad-hoc support.
• Verify repair activities are properly tracked and inventory and GSNA equipment.
• Perform product demonstrations and deliver customer training.
• Serve as the direct interface with partners for technical support and coordinate with HQ resources as needed.
