AAA USA is actively seeking experienced Process Engineers with SAP WM/EWM expertise to support aerospace manufacturing and ERP transformations in Alabama. The role bridges manufacturing operations with SAP functionality, driving continuous improvement across warehouse, logistics, inventory, and production processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM and ERP initiatives.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or production processes.
• Ability to travel between locations as required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Support SAP WM, EWM, S/4HANA WM with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate material flow, layouts, and inventory strategies to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
• Participate in SAP implementations, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Gather requirements and translate needs into SAP/process improvements.
• Develop KPIs and SAP reports for data-driven decisions.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, and master data integrity.
• Support inbound/outbound logistics and inventory movement.
• Lead cycle counting and corrective actions for inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams.
• Support NPI, production transfers, ramp-ups, and facility expansions.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and customer quality standards.
• Train operators and stakeholders on new processes and SAP functionality.
• Drive Lean and CI focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
