Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Process Engineers with SAP WM/EWM expertise to support major aerospace manufacturing and ERP transformation programs in Alabama. You will bridge manufacturing operations and SAP functionality while driving continuous improvement across warehouse, logistics, inventory, and production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 3 years in Process/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA WM modules required.
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing ops.
• Experience with material flow, inventory management, warehousing, order picking, shipping.
• Experience in UAT, ERP deployments, or process optimization projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations; US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA WM initiatives with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams.
• Evaluate material flow, warehouse layouts, inventory strategies, and storage processes to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Design and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions; document best practices.
• Participate in SAP implementations, system enhancements, and UAT; support deployment activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate needs into SAP and process improvements.
• Develop operational KPIs and SAP reports to drive data-driven decisions.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, warehouse master data, and inventory integrity.
• Support inbound/outbound logistics: receiving, inventory transactions, warehouse execution, picking, shipping.
• Lead inventory accuracy initiatives: cycle counting, root cause analysis, corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams to improve flow and delivery.
• Support NPI, production transfers, ramp-ups, and facility expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, customer, and company quality standards where applicable.
• Train operators and stakeholders on new processes and SAP functionality.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
