Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Process Engineers with expertise in SAP WM/EWM to support major aerospace manufacturing and ERP transformation programs in Alabama. You will bridge manufacturing operations with SAP functionality, driving continuous improvement in warehouse, logistics, inventory, and production processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years in Process/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management or related modules.
Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Support SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management, and related ERP initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Evaluate material flow, warehouse layouts, inventory strategies, and storage processes to reduce waste and improve throughput.
Design, document, and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
Participate in SAP implementations, system enhancements, UAT, validation, and deployment activities.
Gather business requirements and translate needs into SAP and process improvement solutions.
Develop KPIs and SAP reports to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
