Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/ manufacturing/ mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of process/industrial/manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or regulated environment.
• Experience with SAP WM, SAP EWM, or SAP S/4HANA WM.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations and material flow in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Evaluate current material flow and identify opportunities to reduce waste and bottlenecks using Lean and CI.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
• Utilize SAP WM/EWM to support warehouse operations, inventory management, production, and logistics.
• Support SAP implementation, deployment, enhancement, and optimization projects with IT and operations.
• Participate in UAT, process validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Gather requirements and translate needs into SAP process improvements.
• Develop SAP reports and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain data integrity for BOMs, routings, and warehouse master data.
