Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Process Engineers with SAP WM/EWM expertise to support aerospace manufacturing and ERP transformation programs across multiple U.S. locations.

The role bridges manufacturing operations and SAP functionality while driving continuous improvement in warehouse, logistics, inventory, and production processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Process/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA WM modules.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or production ops.
• Experience with ERP deployments, UAT, process validation, or testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA WM initiatives across Ops, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and IT.
• Evaluate material flow, layouts, inventory strategies, and storage processes to eliminate waste and boost throughput.
• Document and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
• Participate in SAP implementations, system enhancements, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Gather requirements and translate needs into scalable SAP and process improvements.
• Develop KPIs and SAP reports for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, warehouse master data, and inventory records.
• Support inbound/outbound logistics including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Lead inventory accuracy initiatives via cycle counts and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams to improve material flow and on-time delivery.
• Support NPI, production transfers, ramp-ups, and facility expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, customer, and company quality standards.
• Train operators and supervisors on new processes and SAP functionality.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
