Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of Process/Manufacturing/Industrial/Logistics Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management or related SAP modules.
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes.
• Support SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate material flow, warehouse layouts, inventory strategies to improve throughput.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
• Participate in SAP implementations, UAT, process validation, and deployment activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into SAP solutions.
• Develop operational KPIs and SAP reports for data-driven decisions.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, warehouse master data, and inventory records.
• Support inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving and shipping activities.
• Lead inventory accuracy initiatives through cycle counting and root-cause analysis.
