Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Process Engineers to support major aerospace manufacturing and SAP transformation programs in Alabama. You will optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes, and support SAP WM/EWM/S/4HANA implementations with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in engineering, 3+ years in process/manufacturing/industrial engineering, and strong data analytics and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Process/Manufacturing/Industrial/Logistics Engineering.
• Experience with SAP WM, EWM, S/4HANA WM or related SAP modules.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing ops.
• Experience with SAP implementations, ERP deployments, or process optimization.
• Experience in UAT, process validation, or system testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excel and data-analysis proficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes.
• Support SAP WM/EWM/S/4HANA initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate material flow, layouts, inventory strategies, and storage processes.
• Design and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
• Participate in SAP implementations, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP and process improvements.
• Develop operational KPIs and SAP reports for data-driven decisions.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, warehouse data, and inventory accuracy.
