Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to support and scale its growing OCM function during a major transformation. The role focuses on enabling user adoption as MercuryGate migrates to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) across supply chain and warehouse initiatives.

You will partner with program leaders and stakeholders to develop plans, train approx. 300 external vendors and 30 carriers, and ensure adoption across distribution, transportation, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OCM for enterprise-scale programs.
• Experience with SAP TM or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven ability to train and enable external vendors and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies with program sponsors.
• Translate high-level change strategies into detailed execution plans.
• Lead day-to-day change management activities across programs.
• Create communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Drive user readiness across distribution and warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with leaders, project teams, and external partners.
• Mature and scale the OCM practice across the organization.
