A premier consulting firm is seeking a senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader based in Corona, CA. This role involves developing global strategies for SAP S/4 programs, ensuring the adoption of change across partners and teams. With 14+ years in OCM leadership, the ideal candidate will manage diverse teams and coach executives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the integrated global OCM strategy for the S/4 program.
• Coordinate across module-specific OCM leads.
• Establish global OCM standards and adoption KPIs.
• Coach executives enabling them as change sponsors.
• Identify and manage resistance across the program.
• Define and monitor global adoption success metrics.
• Represent OCM in executive governance forums.
• Lead the global change agent network.
