Insight Global is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to support and scale its growing OCM function during a major transformation. The role focuses on enabling user adoption as MercuryGate migrates to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) across supply chain and warehouse initiatives.

Job Description

A leading enterprise organization is investing heavily in large-scale transformation initiatives and is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to help support and scale its growing OCM function.

This is a highly visible, business-critical role where you'll partner with program leaders, business stakeholders, and operational teams to drive user adoption across key supply chain and warehouse transformation initiatives. The immediate focus will be supporting a migration from MercuryGate to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). The program is currently in Phase 2, with responsibility for helping train and enable approximately 300 external vendors and 30 carriers on the new platform.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution while helping shape how change management is delivered across the enterprise.

What You'll Be Doing

This role combines strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution, supporting transformational initiatives throughout their lifecycle from discovery and design through deployment and adoption.

Strategic Responsibilities (30-40%)

• Partner with program managers, executive sponsors, and key stakeholders to develop and execute OCM strategies.
• Support change planning during the discovery and design phases of large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Translate high-level change strategies into detailed, actionable execution plans.
• Assess organizational impacts and advise leadership on change risks, readiness, and adoption approaches.
• Influence stakeholder alignment and help drive engagement across the organization.

Execution & Delivery (60-70%)

• Lead day-to-day change management activities across active programs.
• Develop and execute communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans.
• Drive user readiness and adoption across operational, distribution, transportation, and warehouse teams.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify organizational readiness gaps.
• Proactively address resistance and implement solutions to improve adoption outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, project teams, and external partners.
• Bring structure and clarity to evolving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Team & Environment

• Join a small but growing Organizational Change Management team supporting a portfolio of strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Play a key role in helping mature and scale the OCM practice across the organization.
• Work in a highly collaborative environment alongside program leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Support transformational programs that directly impact operations, supply chain, and transportation functions.

$65/hr to $68/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• Proven success supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP implementations, preferably SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
• Experience developing change strategies while also executing communications, training and adoption activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, transportation or supply chain organizations.
• Experience training external partners, vendors, carriers, or third-party users.
• Background supporting multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
