Honda Trading America Corporation seeks an experienced OCM Lead to drive SAP-enabled transformation with focus on communication, training, and adoption. You will translate system and process changes into clear, role-based guidance and measurement of success across HTNA.

Role requires shaping a North America OCM strategy, coordinating with functional leads, and delivering scalable learning solutions while ensuring business value realization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Communications, Learning & Development, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, preferably supporting SAP ERP transformations.
• Ability to translate complex system and process changes into clear communications, training, and documentation.
• Experience driving adoption, measuring outcomes, and influencing business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead a scalable OCM framework and governance model for HTNA adoption.
• Define the HTNA OCM strategy with standards, playbooks, and success measures.
• Translate SAP changes into clear, role-based adoption materials and communications.
• Design and deliver role-based learning strategies; scale training (in-person, virtual, train-the-trainer).
• Measure adoption outcomes using KPIs and dashboards; report weekly status to leadership.
• Drive accountability for adoption and perform PDCA for run-state sustainment.
