Job summary

LITIT seeks a senior SAP TM Lead to drive end-to-end transportation management transformation within a global digital program. Qualifications

• Total SAP SCM Experience: 15+ years in SAP SCM transformation.
• SAP TM Expertise: 8+ years in SAP Transportation Management architecture and execution.
• Transformation Leadership: Proven leadership roles in large international SAP S/4HANA template rollout programs.
• Methodology: Deep hands-on experience leading projects via the SAP ACTIVATE framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP TM workstream through all phases of the SAP ACTIVATE lifecycle.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, Fit-Gap assessments and key architectural decisions.
• Define and govern the TM transformation roadmap aligned with program governance.
• Ensure a Ready-for-Realize status at the end of planning and design phases.
• Lead and mentor a delivery team of internal IT professionals and external SAP TM consultants.
• Coach client IT teams on SAP TM capabilities and transformation processes.
• Define target operating model and govern the future TM data model.
• Lead cross-functional integration between SAP TM and SAP EWM, S/4HANA, SD/MM/FI and SAP Integration Suite.
