Job summary

EY invites a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP-driven transformations across greenfield, brownfield, and SDT paths. You will guide projects, engage clients in sessions, and supervise workstreams from planning through closure with travel as needed.

The role emphasizes leveraging SAP BTP, LeanIX, and Signavio to maintain a clean core and modernize processes and technology for client value.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
