As a Manager in Application Design and Development at EY, you will lead delivery of complex SAP transformation programs, interact with clients, guide workstreams from planning through execution, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on use of SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology; travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of SAP transformation projects with strong quality/risk focus.
• Engage with external clients; run sessions and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
