Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is seeking a Computer Systems Business Analyst in Tallahassee. The role conducts business analysis for enterprise systems, coordinating processes, analyzing requirements, and developing testing strategies to resolve system issues.

Applicants should have two years of experience in functional business analysis, SAP usage, and system testing. Preference given to SAP BW on HANA or ERP/CRM module experience and system implementation support.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst including requirements documentation and process diagramming.
• Two years analyzing system issues, defects, and enhancements with recommended solutions.
• Two years performing system testing including test scenarios, test scripts, and functional testing.
• Two years working with SAP (Systems, Applications and Products).
• Experience with SAP BW on HANA or SAP ERP/CRM modules preferred.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades preferred.
