The State of Florida Department of Revenue is seeking a Systems Programmer I in Tallahassee. The position supports SAP, batch scheduling, and SFTP related software, with on-call rotations and ITSM process adherence.

Responsibilities include collaborating with users and technicians to install and maintain systems, creating documentation, and ensuring reliable operation of critical applications in a government environment. On-site work in Tallahassee is required.

Qualifications

Two years of IT support related to computer systems hardware and software.
Two years in systems administration with server maintenance and ITSM.
Two years’ experience in installing and troubleshooting server hardware and software; able to lead meetings.
Experience documenting technical processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain SAP software and hardware, batch job scheduling software, and SFTP applications.
Create and maintain flowcharts and documentation of IT systems.
Follow ITSM processes and provide on-call support on a weekly rotation.
