Job summary

MSX International seeks a Transition Management Lead to drive SAP SuccessFactors Learning migration efforts. You will configure the platform, validate learner data, and manage testing and cutover activities through go-live and handover.

The role combines learning-system subject-matter expertise with project-management discipline, coordinating with LMS admins, business owners and IT to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Proven LMS data migration, validation and reconciliation of learner records.
• At least one LMS implementation or platform transition to go-live.
• Experience coordinating plans, dependencies, risks and decisions on tech projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication across admins to executives.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning: items, curricula, paths, roles, permissions.
• Validate data migration: test scenarios, review learner records and history.
• Lead testing: plan/execute UAT for journeys, logic, permissions; track defects.
• Coordinate transition: manage plan, risks, dependencies with stakeholders.
• Prepare for launch: assist cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare.
• Hand over: document config and procedures for LMS administrator.
