Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Transition Management Lead for a six-month contract focused on SAP SuccessFactors Learning. You will collaborate with LMS admins, business owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into configuration plans, manage dependencies, and ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities include hands-on configuration, testing support, readiness tracking, and coordination across workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience administering or implementing SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Experience configuring and administering learning platforms (learner records, catalogs, curricula, certifications, assessments, ILT, permissions, reporting).
• Experience coordinating a cross-functional technology implementation or platform transition.
• Ability to distinguish configuration execution from governance and ownership.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, facilitation, and executive-status communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on SuccessFactors Learning implementation support including learner experience and admin workflows.
• Review requirements and designs with owners; identify gaps and decisions needed.
• Coordinate platform configuration activities.
• Configure learning items, curricula, certifications, assignments, assessments, notifications, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and confirm learning scenarios.
• Document decisions and procedures for long-term owners.
• Maintain a clear plan for MSX deliverables, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and readiness activities.
• Assist with transition planning and readiness reporting within the project.
• Support testing, migration validation, and launch readiness activities.
• Contribute to cutover planning and hypercare preparation.
• Translate concepts into guidance for project leaders and support teams.
• Maintain project documentation and handoff materials in the approved repository.
• Ensure reporting and communications reflect tested system behavior.
