Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Transition Management Lead to guide the six-month contract for SAP SuccessFactors Learning migration and go-live. You will configure the SF Learning module, validate learner data, and coordinate testing, cutover, and handover activities.

The role blends LMS expertise with project-management discipline, requiring collaboration with LMS admins, business owners, and IT to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Experience validating LMS data migrations, learner records, and learning history.
• Led at least one LMS implementation or platform transition to go-live.
• Experience coordinating plans, dependencies, risks and stakeholder decisions on a tech project.
• Clear written and verbal communication from admins to executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure SuccessFactors Learning: items, curricula, certifications, profiles, assessments, ILT, notifications, roles.
• Validate data migration: define test scenarios, review learner records, learning history, and certifications.
• Lead testing: plan and run UAT for learner journeys, assignments, certifications, and admin permissions.
• Coordinate the transition: track plan, dependencies, risks, decisions and status with LMS admins and IT.
• Get ready for launch: support cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare.
• Hand over: document configuration and procedures, transfer know-how to the long-term LMS administrator.
