-This can be either a "contract-to-hire" situation, or you can opt for a full-time position from the outset

Collinwood is assisting our client, a well-respected construction firm, in their effort to hire/engage an experienced professional to support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Benefits & Security. In this role, you will support Employee Central, EC Benefits, and role-based security. This role will partner with HR, Benefits, and technical teams to maintain accurate employee data, reliable HR processes, and appropriate system access.

What You Will Do

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Employee Central, including employee personal, employment, organizational, and job data.
• Support Position Management, foundation objects, and employee-data configuration through the Succession Data Model and Business Configuration UI.
• Configure and support EC Benefits, including new-hire enrollment, open enrollment, and the creation and maintenance of benefit offerings.
• Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), permission roles, permission groups, and target populations.
• Troubleshoot access issues and maintain appropriate data visibility and permissions across departments, countries, offices, and employee populations.
• Partner with the Onboarding consultant to validate incoming new-hire data and support automatic or manual hire completion in Employee Central.
• Gather requirements, implement approved configuration changes, perform testing, and maintain system documentation.

What We Need From You

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support experience.
• Experience with Position Management, foundation objects, the Succession Data Model, and Business Configuration UI.
• Hands-on EC Benefits experience, including benefit configuration and enrollment support.
• Strong knowledge of RBP, permission roles, dynamic permission groups, and target populations.
• Experience troubleshooting employee-data, business-rule, and system-access issues.
• Understanding of Onboarding-to-Employee Central integration and new-hire processing.
• Strong data-validation, testing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with HR, Benefits, and technical stakeholders while handling confidential employee information.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
