Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support experience.
• Experience with Position Management and data model concepts.
• Experience with EC Benefits enrollment and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of RB P, permission roles and groups.
• Ability to work with HR, Benefits, and tech teams on data quality.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Employee Central data and org structures.
• Support Position Management and Business Configuration UI workstreams.
• Configure EC Benefits enrollment and plan offerings.
• Manage Role-Based Permissions and access control across populations.
• Troubleshoot data, rules and access issues; partner with onboarding team.
• Document configurations and validate data changes.
