Job summary

Percent is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related interfaces in a production environment. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across all phases of data migration, inbound and outbound interfaces, and system integration.
• Led data migration, interface, and integration activities for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project, including production support.
• Participation in data migration, interface development, and integration activities for at least two recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SF Employee Central with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Experience developing technical design documents, data mapping documents, interface specifications, and related integration documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, and loading.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute inbound and outbound interfaces between SF EC, SAP ECC HCM/FI, legacy applications, and external vendor systems.
• Lead data migration, interface development, and integration activities for SF implementation projects.
• Provide production support for SF EC and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using CPI and Integration Center.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, data mapping specifications, interface specifications, and related documentation.
• Identify and document system dependencies and coordinate data loads, extracts, and integration schedules.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve data and integration challenges.
• Communicate integration requirements and data-related activities to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Share knowledge and mentor staff responsible for ongoing system support following implementation.

Position Overview The client is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support the production environment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). The successful candidate will provide technical and functional expertise in data migration, interface development, and system integration across SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP ECC modules (HCM/FI), legacy applications, and third-party vendor systems. This role will lead integration activities, support implementation initiatives, and ensure reliable data exchange between systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SuccessFactors implementations, production support, integration tools, and data migration processes, along with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications in their resumes to be considered:

• Data Migration and Integration: At least 7 years of experience across all phases of data migration, inbound and outbound interfaces, and system integration.


• Implementation Leadership: Experience leading data migration, interface, and integration activities for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project, including production support.


• SuccessFactors Implementations: Participation in data migration, interface development, and integration activities for at least two recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.


• Functional Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM/FI.


• Integration Tools: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.


• System Integration: Demonstrated experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.


• Technical Documentation: Experience developing technical design documents, data mapping documents, interface specifications, and related integration documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable but not mandatory:

• Previous experience working with public-sector organizations.


• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.


• Ability to explain, coordinate, and direct data-related activities with non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience documenting system dependencies and coordinating data loads and extracts.


• Strong knowledge-sharing and mentoring abilities, including training staff responsible for post-implementation support.


• Experience with ABAP programming.
