Job summary

DCV Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to drive functional activities across Core HR, organisational management, reporting and access management. You will lead Employee Central configuration and enhancements, coordinate MDF objects, workflows, and position management, and support data for employee information and compensation.

Responsibilities include managing RBAC and security, supporting integrations, testing, UAT and production issue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with hands‑on Employee Central expertise.
• Experience with Core HR processes and organisational structures.
• Strong configuration, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with implementation, enhancements or AMS/support engagements.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Knowledge of GDPR and employee data privacy.
