Job summary

Collinwood Technology Partners is assisting a well-respected construction firm in Denver to hire an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Support Analyst. You will provide first-level payroll support to employees, managers, HR and payroll teams, handling inquiries, system issues, and configuration changes.

You'll troubleshoot incidents, monitor integrations between EC and ECP, ensure data accuracy and system reliability, and maintain payroll reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and payroll monitoring.
• Understanding EC-to-ECP data integration, replication monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SAP payroll master data, infotypes, wage types, and payroll results.
• Experience supporting payroll reporting, data validation, testing, and configuration changes.
• Familiarity with role-based permissions, system access troubleshooting, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
