Seppin Labs is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant for a remote freelance engagement. The role requires 8 years of hands-on EC experience and involves end-to-end EC implementations, HR data processes, and cross-team collaboration with global stakeholders.

You will configure Foundation Objects, MDF, Rules, Workflows, and RBPs, manage data migrations, and support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.

Qualifications

• 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC).
• Hands-on experience in Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, and RBP.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end EC implementation project.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and employee data management.
• Experience with data migration and import/export activities.
• Knowledge of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR processes and Employee Central.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central components including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and RBP.
• Implement and support employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational changes.
• Configure workflows, event reasons, employee data models, and security settings.
• Support integrations between Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules or third-party systems.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and remote project teams.

Role Overview
