Job summary

INFO ORIGIN INC is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support production environments for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) integrations. The role requires hands-on CPI and Integration Center expertise and strong knowledge of SAP ECC HCM/FI integration.

Ideal candidates will have led multiple EC implementations, delivered data mappings and technical specs, and demonstrated excellent communication and mentoring skills in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations.
• Experience leading data migration and integration activities for recent SuccessFactors implementations.
• Participation in at least 2 recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and production support.
• Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Expertise in preparing design documents, data mappings, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production environment for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data migration and interface delivery.
• Document design specifications and data mappings, and mentor junior staff as needed.
