Geetha Technology Solutions seeks an HR technology consultant to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules—Compensation & Rewards, Employee Central (EC), and SAP SmartRecruiters—for enterprise clients. You will configure, integrate, test, and deploy HR solutions, translating business requirements into system configurations.

Responsibilities include managing compensation and bonus programs, data migration, end-to-end implementation, production support, and user training.

Formación

• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation & Rewards, EC, and SAP SmartRecruiters).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules as described.
• Manage compensation, salary planning, review cycles, and bonus programs.
• Configure EC modules including data, foundation objects, rules, workflows, and HR processes.
• Configure SAP SmartRecruiters workflows, requisitions, pipelines, interviews, and offers.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Provide end-to-end implementation, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare functional docs and train users.

Role & Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Management, Employee Central (EC), and SAP SmartRecruiters.
• Manage Compensation and Variable Pay plans, salary reviews, bonus programs, merit increases, and reward cycles.
• Configure Employee Central modules, including employee data, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and HR processes.
• Work on SAP SmartRecruiters configuration, recruitment workflows, requisition management, candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer management.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective HR solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementations, system integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with business requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation and support user training and knowledge transfer.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Management, Employee Central (EC), and SAP SmartRecruiters.
• Strong understanding of Compensation, Variable Pay, salary planning, employee lifecycle management, and recruitment processes.
• Experience in configuration, business rules, workflows, integrations, and system testing.
• Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
