Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a Senior Manager—Recruiting to lead client engagements, advise on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Recruiting implementations, and drive transformation programs across multiple client sites. You will guide strategy, governance, and delivery while traveling as needed to meet client needs.

Bring 8+ years in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management or SmartRecruiter, 5+ years SAP implementation experience, and 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors onboarding or related modules to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter (recent) experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or another skillset such as SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.
• Certified in SmartRecruiters.
• Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiters.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP.
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).
• Provide designs using prototypes for client designs and SAP system setup/testing.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to ensure they reach their goals.
• Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on change aspects.
