Zusammenfassung

Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented SAP Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Neenah, Wisconsin. You will manage SAP transactions, production work orders, and ERP activities to support plant performance and operational goals.

You will collaborate with production, planning, inventory, and operations teams, contribute to process improvements, and assist with documentation and training materials. Standard hours are 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, with early start flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with SAP in a manufacturing, production, supply chain, or operations environment.
• Experience creating and managing production work orders within SAP.
• ERP experience with order processing, transactions, and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Create, release, update, and manage production work orders within SAP to support manufacturing schedules and operational goals.
• Process and maintain customer, production, and operational orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute daily SAP transactions and ERP activities to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational and system-related needs.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate and timely system updates.
• Investigate and resolve routine SAP issues while escalating more complex system concerns when necessary.
• Generate reports and analyze system data to provide operational visibility and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with production, planning, inventory, and supply chain teams across multiple facilities.
• Support SAP enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and implementation activities during system rollouts and stabilization periods.
• Assist with documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency.
